Job Description
You will be responsible for:

assisting with planning, managing, and monitoring the OPEX for Park Programmes;
providing input to regular financial reporting;
preparing documents in support of the team’s procurement and payment needs in compliance with the related guidelines of the Authority;
assisting to develop strategies and a range of sustainable Park Programmes including school and community programmes, Street Performance or other arts and cultural programmes/events in Park and Public Open Space;
developing, managing, implementing and monitoring Park Programmes related policies, guidelines, procedures and operations workflow to ensure compliance with WKCDA policies;
supporting Park Programmes operations, continuous evaluation and enhancement to the diversity and service standard of all Park Programmes in WKCD Public Open Space;
identifying opportunities to collaborate with internal and external parties in the areas of arts, education, nature, pets and other themes which is compatible to the Park;
assisting with managing relationship with internal and external key stakeholders including the general public, community groups, NGOs, schools/high education institutes, street performers, event organizers and relevant government departments to promote and implement the Park Programmes;
ensuring the required performance level of service providers/programme partners is achieved;
working closely with the Facilities Management Team and Landscape Team to ensure we have the right facilities to enhance the participants’ experience in the Park;
assisting with the implementation of branding initiatives; and
monitoring stakeholders’ feedback and identify areas of improvements with an overall objective to enhance participants’ experience.
You should:

possess a recognised university degree in recreation management/facilities management or equivalent;
have at least 5 years of experience in the design, planning, development and management of education & community, and arts related programmes or events in open space/visitor destinations/theme park, preferably in sizeable organisations or public sector;
be able to work under pressure, and a willingness to take a new challenge and to work outdoor, over the weekend and / or public holiday to support Park Programme operations;
have high level of organization, creativity and innovative mindset, and attention to details;
be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
be proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
