Job Description

Job Duties:
Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including air-conditioning system, fire service, plumbing & drainage, electricity supply, lighting system, security system and related building works
Implement regular repair and maintenance works to ensure all are in functional, good and safe condition
Check that all building facilities are legal compliance in relation to all statutory regulations and code of practices
Identify risks and non-conformity issues, develop preventive and contingency plans to mitigate such risks and eliminate non-conformity issues
Follow-up renovation projects or repair and maintenance works from design options, pre-qualification, selection of contractors, site implementation to completion
Prepare tenders, RFQ and maintenance contracts with budget plans and cost analyses for services and purchases
Formulate project schedule, deliver quality of work standards and monitor the performance of contractors and work in progress according to timeline
Handle emergency incidents, respond to enquiries or complaints in a timely manner and provide effective solutions
Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
4 years’ or more relevant experience
Solid experience in management of Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical design and construction and renovation works
Strong project management capability and experience in managing sizable property portfolio
Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances, code of practices and the best technical practices
Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills
Good command of English and Chinese
