Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Head of Campus Management to provide professional project management services to Cyberport, its tenants, stakeholders and visitors
Support the business and negotiate with partners and companies based at Cyberport to maximise the value and revenue delivered to Cyberport
Support campus management activities to maximise satisfaction, loyalty and revenue for Cyberport
Assist to work with the Hotel Operator and Facility Management service provider to ensure her working efficiency and cost effectiveness of its projects affecting income and in particular the campus digitization will have their performance and deliverables that meet contractual and budgetary obligations, including cost control, reliability and sustainability, as well as the expectations of Cyberport
Structuring complicated deals and navigating challenging conversations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Assist to Senior Manager to prepare Board and Excom papers for the Management Team and provide recommendations
Any other duty as assigned by superiors


Degree plus recognised relevant professional qualifications in real estate management, facilities management or business management.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience on behalf of a developer, owner or service provider
With job experience in business strategic and operational approach
Strategic as well as operational approach
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
Pro-active personality with strong leadership qualities to excel service delivery and strong problem-solving skills
Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill with extensive industry knowledge and contacts
Able to work under pressure and heavy workload in a sophisticated environment and deadline driven environment
Fluent in written and spoken English, including writing business reports and presenting papers / proposals
Chinese and other languages a plus

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
