Job Description
The assistant HR and Office/Business manager is responsible for the general HR & management duties, overseeing full spectrum of HR and Office mgt functions alongside with management to ensure smooth running of centre and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment with good working relationships across all levels.

HR related

Recruitment, employee relations, contract management (including commencement, renewal and termination), orientation…etc.
Work closely with managers and directors in staff management, tasks allocation, talent acquisition and planning strategies to enhance employee capability and productivity.
HR functions - review payroll, annual leave, keep staff record with support of company’s executive assistant
Office/Business related:
Manage centre/office set up including office supplies & support, facilities mgt…etc.
Evaluate processes and operating procedures, develop solutions to continuously improve and streamline processes
Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Able to instill positive team spirit, strong initiative, can-do and positive thinking
Open to new challenges, adaptable, able to multi-task and perform in tight deadline / under stress and uncertain situations
Responsible, patient, well-organised, detail-oriented, team player
Able to work independently with minimum supervisior
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources Management or related discipline
5 years or above of HR or managerial experience
High proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication), fluency in Cantonese
Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation in Hong Kong
Proficient in MS Office application
Relevant experience in the education field is preferred
