Job Description

(5-day work with flexible hour in Yuen Long)


Plan and implement effective sales strategies for ice cream/chilled products to achieve sales targets for specific key accounts
Build up and maintain good working relationship with key customer to facilitate business discussion
Develop and implement customer business plans and reviews, category reviews and promotion evaluations
Manage and monitor sales forecasts
Assist to achieve assigned company target and maximize ROI of trade spending
Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding proactive actions


Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ key account management experience from FMCG industry with experience on key supermarket channels
Experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
Result orientated, assertive and able to work under pressure
Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
Strong customer development and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
