The Customer Strategy practice within Deloitte Consulting serves clients facing fundamental strategic choices and growth challenges related to their customers and ecosystems. Our team brings together a diverse mix of strategists, marketers, digital and creative experts working to transform client organizations and capture value by deeply understanding clients’ markets and customers.

Our team focuses on helping clients discover, design, and prototype customer growth strategies and innovation portfolios to create and drive change. We bring knowledge and offerings to uncover the behaviors, motivations and preferences of our clients’ customers and develop new experiences for them. Our team of professionals has deep capabilities in strategy, customer experience and innovation.

Customer Strategy| Help clients build capabilities to better understand customer value drivers and make choices about the markets and segments they serve through digital, social, and mobile channels; optimize pricing decisions and shape the most strategic issues on the CMO agenda.

Work you’ll do
Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for clients
Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Over 2 years of related experience in UXUI design
Solid experience in user research such as Voice of the Customer surveys, focus groups, workshops, etc
Good knowledge of user interface design patterns, standard UCD methodologies, interaction models
Experience in developing rapid prototypes (i.e. Invision, Principle, etc.) as well as creative software (i.e. Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, PowerPoint, Keynote etc.)
Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed; ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong presentation skills with the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and Cantonese
