Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent is expected to assist the department head to devise the business development strategies, monitor agency production progress and maintain the sales momentum of agency force, execute recruitment project to recruit more high profile candidates, coordinate different agency events and meeting with different internal departments.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Finance
7 years working experience preferably in life insurance industry
Positive, target-oriented, passionate and energetic
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good mastery of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese character input is critical
Excellent language proficiency including spoken and written English and Chinese
