The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design
Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy
Develop the design and creative solution, layout and artwork in various platforms, including ATL and social media, KV, Leaflet, video production, etc.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Hands on experience in retouching for all imagery, mock up, commercial product shooting, animation, photography, video production
Handle design process and timeline to achieve quality, effectiveness and efficiency
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Degree in Design & Advertising Multimedia Media/ Marketing Communications or related discipline
2-3 years or above relevant working experience, preferably design/advertising agency
Capability to deliver execution with commercial sense of different markets
Experience in working directly with clients, other agency partners and vendors
Strong knowledge across key offline (TV, OOH, Print) and digital channels (social, mobile, programmatic, search, affiliates, etc.) is a MUST.
Able to work independently with a can-do attitude to meet multiple project deadlines
Team player, communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders cross-functionally and in a multi-cultural work environment
Breadth of style and design capability
Proficient in AI or InDesign, Photoshop, and Knowledge in video editing is a plus.
Competent in Keynotes, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Graphic Designer
Candidates with internet savvy with solid knowledge of creative design and video content development experience will be considered first
