Assist in system administration for IT division
Manage group record management system
Strong ability to prioritize tasks
Provide full range of administrative support including general office administration, office renovation, procurement, facilities management, equipment maintenance and contract renewal etc.;
Implement internal control procedures and system modification;
Manage group record management system;
Prepare administrative reports, business correspondence and presentation materials;
Assist in system administration for IT division;
Assist in organizing staff relations programs including staff outing, festival luncheons, annual dinner and Company events etc.;
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience;
Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage your own workload with flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
