Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area and handle enquiries
Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
Provide office administrative support, including coordinating meetings and events logistic, filing, procurement, office maintenance and invoice payment
Coordinate with other services providers
Travel arrangement for assigned folks and prepare travel reimbursement
Assist in monitoring office renovation and relocation projects
IT set up arrangement
Coordinate with Club house delivery

Job Requirements:

Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
Relevant or Cabin Crew / Customer Services / Hospitality job experience preferred

Energetic, Presentable, good interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, Attention to details and multi-task with good time management
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
