Job Description

My client is a reputable financial MNC. They are currently looking for a Customer Service/ event planning individual to join their team

Main Responsibilities:
Events & Internal Communications

  • Responsible for internal company event, including staff engagement and social events, the annual dinner, CSR events and support ERGs
  • Manage the firm’s internal event calendar
  • Assist with internal communications including intranet updates, eNewsletter content and website revamp.
    Travel & Hotels
  • Work closely with outside travel-related companies and agents, such as airlines, hotels and travel agents to manage the cost effectiveness of the firm’s travel program.
  • Facilitate the firm’s annual hotel and airfare corporate rates negotiation and renewal process.
    General Administration
  • Filing and record keeping for business cards.
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties where needed

Main Requirements:

  • University degree holder
  • 3+ years strong customer and client service experience and admin experience
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Conversational Japanese a plus
  • A team player and able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Detailed minded, organized and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
