Job Description
Responsibilities:

  •      Handle daily accounting transactions (e.g. Petty Cash, data entries & filing)
    
  •      Prepare daily GL vouchers and bank reconciliation
    
  •      Issue cheque & arrange expenses payment
    
  •      Issue Debit / Credit note & handle inter-company transactions
    
  •      Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
    

Requirements:

  •      Form 5 / DSE or above with LCC intermediate level
    
  •      With 1-2 years’ working experience in trading firm but not essential
    
  •      Fresh graduates are also welcome
    
  •      Initiative, responsible, willing to learn & able to meet tight deadline
    
  •      Proficiency in MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing is necessary
    
  •      Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
    
  •      Immediate available is highly preferred
