Job Description
The chosen candidate will assist the Management team in their day-to-day tasks with a focus on bookkeeping and general admin. The role encompasses a wide range of tasks. It requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts independently
Prepare monthly reports and analysis. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial / management report
Managing full spectrum of office administration function
Liaise with auditors, bankers and other professional parties to co-ordinate audit, banking and other matters
Provide personal secretarial support and personal assistance to Management Team;
Take up ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above;
At least 3 years relevant working experience in accounting and admin
Good communication skill, analytical with attention to details and strong sense of responsibility;
Proactive, dependable and have ability to maintain strict confidentiality
knowledge in MYOB and QuickBooks is preferred;
Well-versed in computer applications on MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook;
Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
