Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for daily finance operations including keeping of full set of accounts, ledger posting, bank reconciliation, accounts payables and accounts receivables, preparation of P/L accounts and balance sheet, etc.
Process store expenses claim, staff members’ Travel & Entertainment claims, vendor payments, Capex payments
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
Prepare financial and management reporting, cash flow forecast
Support the annual audit and year-end process
Involved in internal control, internal audit, tax compliance work and stock-take;
Participate in the preparation of financial data, analyzing for reporting, forecast and business operation;
Provides supports to operation and business related to financial aspects
Participates in ad hoc and special projects if required

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ exposure in a sizeable MNC, fashion retail is an advantage
Prior auditing experience is a plus
Accounting knowledge & experience in Hong Kong and Macau
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Concur and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is preferred
