We are looking for someone who can work across a number of sectors, including advertising, digital and marketing. Someone who knows about what it takes to get a job done on time and within budget. This is a global role.

Assist Account Director(s) to formulate and implement effective advertising and marketing plans for clients.
Ensures the smooth running of campaigns eg communicating the correct information to all members of the team and meets with client and expected to monitor projects assigned every step of the way and keep momentum going.
Assist in the preparation of materials for clients meetings and regular weekly / monthly reports.
Responsible for timely communication is imperative in order to complete projects on time and on budget.
Responsible for administrative responsibilities eg ensure accurate completion and authorization of initiating and supporting documentation in relation to creative, production and finance.


3-5 years experienced in professional client relationship management with solid background in advertising, design and/or marketing agency
Excellent written and oral English and Traditional / Simplified Chinese
Pro-active approach to creative projects
Ability to work under pressure
Keen eye and attention to details be it in creative and budgetary matters
Willingness to work on global account due to time difference
Experience managing clients in the financial services sector or travel & aviation an advantage
Fresh-graduates with a relevant degree also welcome
