Office and General Admin
Handle daily accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable, accounting reports and bank reconciliations.
Processes monthly staff claim, ensure the claims are prepared in accordance with policies.
Support month end closing activities.
Coordinate with professional parties such as bankers and external auditors.
Daily management of admin in HK office, Handling utility bills/ rental related admin, also including staff attendance, job distribution etc.
Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Director. Including booking the flight, driver management etc.
Assist with additional personal duties as assigned.
Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
At least 3 years relevant experiences in accounting.
2-3 years relevant experiences in admin.
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Sound PC Skills - MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong senses of responsibility, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
